Le Petit Fumé Drômois:Established in 2012 in Colonzelle, in Drôme Provençale, Timothée Gadenne proposes a wide variety of fresh and smoked salmon products from the region including trout and char. For 15 years, Timothée managed the freshwater fish farming sector (Rhône-Alpes) and worked in Mayotte for 5 years, in the marine production industry. In 2013, Le Petit Fumé Drômois inaugurated its artisan smoke house and obtained the required sanitary certifications.
